Returns Window We offer a 90-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within this period for a full refund.

Our team will respond promptly with confirmation and full return instructions, including the exact return address. Returns are only accepted once contact has been made and confirmed by our team.

Return Address Returns are sent to our fulfilment centre in China. The exact return address will be provided by email once your return has been approved.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please retain your proof of postage.

Condition of Returned Items Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned in a condition that prevents resale.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us by email with photographic evidence within 14 days of delivery. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions Items that have been tampered with, modified, or damaged through misuse are not eligible for a return.
